This is the beginning of the study of Elijah. Elijah was a great prophet of the LORD God. He was asked to do a difficult task that put Elijah in danger with King Ahab. King Ahab was a wicked king of Israel. The LORD God took care of Elijah because he obeyed the LORD. The LORD always takes care of His obedient servants.
